I have people ask me all the time - "Ken, where's the next hot real estate market going to be?" That's a tough question because no one really knows what the future holds. However, I do find myself showing a lot of property in Los Osos lately and it sure does feel like the area is in the midst of a renaissance with cool shops, restaurants and of course the jaw dropping views from parts of Los Osos as you make your way to Montaña de Oro State Park.

Now that the public works project has been completed and the dust has settled from all the construction, Los Osos is looking like a pretty good value for a cool, eclectic, bohemian kind of coastal California town. Make sure you stop in at Native Herb and Honey Company for some good coffee and what could be the tastiest cinnamon bun in SLO County.
