First-Time Home Buyers

I've been getting lots of calls lately from first-time home buyers that want to take advantage of the low interest rates and buy their first home. Especially those who live in SLO County! Well at the same time we are also seeing historically low levels of home ownership and as well as available inventory. It's a tough combination for those who don't have piles of cash and want to get in this market before they get priced out again.

There's a recent story from the Wall Street Journal that discusses the frustrations of first-time home buyers being beat out by cash buyers. What can you do? Get an aggressive, smart and tech savvy agent to help navigate you through the waters and find that deal. If you have your lender business in order and are ready to pull the trigger - speed to the deal and the ability to close quickly can get you under contract and into your home sooner than you think.
